1. THE SERVICE
Provider builds, hosts, and manages the Firm's entire agentic network — the Firm touches nothing but the sheets. The system: 24/7 lead capture across website chat, text message, and after-hours calls; Automated agent-led qualification interviews covering case type, jurisdiction, deadlines, conflict check, damages, and retainer readiness, scored 0-100; outreach to qualified leads by text, email, direct message, and mail where possible; and one finished sheet per qualified lead — who they are, what happened, the score, red flags, full transcript attached — delivered to the Firm's desk and digital sheet list. The system runs to a standard of minimum 1 hyper-qualified, 100%-ready-to-buy prospect per hour, every hour, every day — contingent on the Firm's advertising budget staying funded under section 3. The sheet is the product — the Firm makes every legal and business decision.
2. FLAT FEE
Monthly — $3,000/mo. Half-year — $18,000 once. Full-year — $36,000 once. Monthly renews until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Half-year and full-year are paid up front, are non-refundable, and run the full term. No per-lead charges. No setup fees. No fine print.
3. THE FIRM'S JOB
Firm tells Provider the type of cases it wants and a direct contact for receiving or reviewing delivered lead sheets, keeping both up to date, makes the call on each delivered sheet and logs it in the sheet's call tracker, provides access to a consistent advertising budget, and is solely responsible for compliance with applicable state bar advertising, solicitation, and intake rules. Both parties agree to do their best to keep traffic flowing. If the budget lapses, the operating standard in section 1 is suspended until funding resumes.
4. NO GUARANTEES
Provider does not guarantee lead volume, signed cases, or revenue. Provider is not a law firm and provides no legal advice.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Lead information is the Firm's confidential information. Provider uses it only to deliver the service.
6. AGREEMENT
By completing checkout, the Firm agrees to these terms. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
